How much does VoiceCraft cost?⌄
The free plan costs $0. Paid plans: Starter is $6.99 a month, Creator $19.99, Pro $59.99. Pay yearly and save 20%. Enterprise is priced on request.
What does the free plan include?⌄
Audio and video transcription - 5 minutes and 1 file a day (up to 10 MB); text to speech - 100 characters a month. All voices and languages are open, and your history is kept indefinitely.
How do the paid plans differ?⌄
By limits and features. Starter gives 90 transcription minutes and 8,000 voice-over characters a month; Creator 500 minutes and 60,000 characters, with no ads and a priority queue; Pro 2,000 minutes and 250,000 characters, with no ads. All three unlock every speech style, SSML multi-voice and batch transcription.
How much does yearly billing save?⌄
Yearly billing is 20% cheaper than monthly: Starter is $5.59 a month, Creator $15.99, Pro $47.99. The amount is charged once a year: $67.08, $191.88 and $575.88 respectively.
How can I pay, and in which currency?⌄
By bank card through the Paddle payment service. You are charged in US dollars. Kaspi Pay is not connected yet.
Can I change plans or cancel?⌄
Yes. A plan change takes effect immediately. You can cancel at any time in the settings: you keep access until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the free plan.
Can I get a refund?⌄
Yes. If the service does not match its stated capabilities, write to support@voicecraft.kz with the subject "Refund" within 30 days of payment and we will refund you in full. The full terms are in the terms of service.
What happens when I reach a limit?⌄
You will be offered an upgrade. The free plan's daily limits reset every day at 00:00 UTC, and monthly limits at the start of the next billing period.
How long are files and results kept?⌄
Indefinitely on every plan, including the free one: you can return to an old transcript or voice-over at any time.
